This is an original zinc identification tag worn by a US POW (Prisoner of War) held in a German Stalag (Prison Camp) during WWII. This tag is for Stalag XIIIA located in Bad Sulzbach, Germany and was a camp for enlisted men. Interestingly, Stalag XIII was the fictitious camp for Hogan’s Heros and not the same camp as Stalag XIIIA.

A nice early khaki shelter half with 1941 date. It is in used condition and I’ve done nothing to clean it, so it’s possible some of the soiling could come out if laundered properly.

Manufactured by Boyt in 1942 and prominently marked “Boyt 42″ under the flap. This khaki USMC M1941 pattern lower pack system is in used condition with one of the metal strap ends missing. Otherwise, there are no issues.

A 1943 dated box of 2 inch x 6 yard camouflaged gauze bandages. Inside the box are 6 individually packaged bandages in excellent condition.
