WWII German Leutenant Special Rank Insignia

This WWII German field insignia for a Leutenant was commonly seen worn by German Heer (Army) and Waffen SS personnel on their field coats and parkas. It is in unsued condition and originally came with other insignia brought home by a US GI who served in WWII.
