WWII US Air Cadet Patch Twill Diamond Variation
This WWII insignia is scarce and much more difficult to obtain than circular machine embroidered Air Cadet patches. It was made to be worn as sleeve insignia exclusively at the AC Training Center, Randolf Field, Texas and is featured in the book “Silver Wings, Pinks & Greens” by Jon A. Maguire. The patch is machine embroidered on twill with a cheesecloth backing.
